OHF Centralized Record Check
It is imperative for all Team Officials (bench staff, trainers, managers) to ensure their Vulnerable Sector Check is complete to be eligible to participate in programs on and off the ice. This includes submitting a valid Vulnerable Sector Check and the OHF Screening Declaration Form through the new centralized process.
