This weekend we will begin to focus on completing the mandate for all players born 2009 or earlier to provide proof of double vaccination for COVID.
Our process is fairly simple and approved by the OMHA. Bring documentation for your child and show it to a representative of LTMHA. Your child's name will simply be designated as in compliance on the team roster. We will not keep your child's documentation. If your child has not received their second shot by October 17th they will not be eligible to participate after October 31st until 14 days after their second shot. This is mandated by the OMHA.
