Update March 10
As this hockey season wraps up a few house keeping items for information:
Due to the COVID interruptions of this season the executive decided to eliminate the third payment for all participants. Any credit card payments for the third payments were put on hold and will not be taken by LTMHA. Anyone who paid by credit card in full at seasons start will receive an appropriate credit to their credit card account. Any payments in full made by cash will be refunded by cheque in the near future. We've tried to control costs where possible so that families receive a rebate and we cover our costs for this season. We believe that fiscally we've made decisions that will allow us to begin next season with a return to normalcy. Please note that the refunds through credit card system will hopefully be processed by the end of April. About 180 adjustments need to be made so please be patient.
There are a few participants who have not made their second payment for this season. Please note that the executive has approved a motion that any payments in arrears must be made before a player can be registered for any subsequent season.
Notice is also given that a proposed updated LTMHA Constitution is now in the Library Section of our home page. It is basically a house keeping clean up of items that are no longer applicable and updated sections in regards to our governing bodies. It will be voted on during our AGM.
It has been a very trying season with various changes throughout the season due to circumstances beyond our control. Please watch the website for updates and timelines for the upcoming season. We anticipate that our online registration will begin shortly after July 1st. Hockey Canada is migrating to a new registration system so we will be subject to their roll out.
Stay safe!
